What is topamax classified as

I took topamax for 20 years, with several breaks to try new medications. Topamax has serious side effects, but you have to take it for a long time before those effects are permanent. I take these together. There's no side effects taking topamax and setraline together. My doctor also reassured me, otherwise I wouldn't be prescribed them. If you're taking topamax for seizures then sertraline can lower seizure threshold, but I think it's better than the other options. I haven't had a seizure while taking it. The fact that you regain migraines during topamax means that it stop working for you and based on personal experience, higher dosages increase your risk of worsening your headache.
