Two quick questions for other Voltaren gel users:- the documentation says not to use a heating pad after applying, I believe because it changes how it enters the bloodstream, but I haven't been able to find any information on how long this ban lasts. 30 minutes? 4 hours? He's been having some success with this approach. For those of you who have taken Voltaren as a tablet, they have recently started making this gel for topical application. You can certainly use it for knee pain (once your scar is fully healed), but be careful not to take oral anti-inflammatories at the same time, otherwise you run the risk of absorbing more than the recommended daily dosage.
