Voltaren diclofenaco sodico 75 mg

If I take 2 Tylenol and use Voltaren I'm good for the day, but I don't know if I should do that for the rest of my life; I'm 69. I've had it X-rayed and they said mild degenerative arthritis - no knee replacement needed. My os just prescribed me voltaren gel, i am reading great reviews on it that it really helps with pain relief , any one here tried it , what did u think of. I think everyone is different and what works for some may or may not work for others. I bet I tried 20 different NSAIDS before the anti-TNFs came out, and the only thing that every helped me was Indocin and only at 200 mg/day.
