Topamax alternative for weight loss

I take these together. There's no side effects taking topamax and setraline together. My doctor also reassured me, otherwise I wouldn't be prescribed them. If you're taking topamax for seizures then sertraline can lower seizure threshold, but I think it's better than the other options. I haven't had a seizure while taking it. There's a reason it's nicknamed Dopamax. It made me unable to formulate thoughts or sentences, remember simple words like 'store', god, it was terrible.
