PROVERA® (medroxyprogesterone acetate) Indications and Usage INDICATIONS AND USAGE PROVERA tablets are indicated for the treatment of secondary amenorrhea and abnormal uterine bleeding due to hormonal imbalance in the absence of organic pathology, such as fibroids or uterine cancer.
