I was OFF of it for about a year, to try and cope without any medication, but went back on it. Without Mirtazapine's antagonization of many the aforementioned serotonin receptors, the extra serotonin from amphetamine is likely one of the guilty parties in the anxiety, paranoia and paradoxical effects some stim users experience.
